Privacy Policy
Last modified: October 11, 2026 • Commitment to 100% De-Identified Data & Zero PII
01 Privacy Commitment
At Pulse Datastream, we hold privacy and compliance as foundational imperatives. Unlike conventional data brokers that track personal identities, our architecture is engineered exclusively around non-personal, sanitized business data.
This Privacy Policy explains what information is collected from advisors and businesses, how it is managed, and our strict safeguards against personal identity collection.
02 Strict Zero PII Standard
Consumer names, residential street addresses, personal emails, mobile phone numbers, Social Security numbers, credit card tokens, and Protected Health Information (PHI) are strictly barred from our systems. Any dataset containing personal identifiers is instantly purged by our automated ingestion firewalls.
03 Account & Advisor Information
To administer advisor accounts and fulfill commission payments, we collect minimal operational information directly from registered members:
- Account name, business email address, and encrypted credentials.
- Two-Factor Authentication (Google 2FA) secret seeds.
- Payout preference information (e.g. PayPal address, bank wire routing, or crypto wallet address).
- KYC verification records (required solely for anti-fraud and financial regulatory compliance).
04 De-Identified Commercial Data
Participating business partners authorize high-level operational intelligence for analytical feeds. This encompasses:
- Supply chain velocity, order frequency, and inventory replenishment cycles.
- Aggregate material pricing fluctuations and regional project metrics.
- Generalized dining rush intervals and aggregate foot traffic trends.
05 Encryption & System Security
All data in transit is protected using TLS 1.3 encryption. At rest, database records and audit trails are encrypted with AES-256 standard encryption. Multi-factor authentication is enforced across administrative endpoints.
06 Third-Party Sharing
We do not sell personal advisor data. Advisor payout information is shared exclusively with certified financial rails (Stripe, PayPal, banking networks) solely to execute payouts.
07 User Rights (GDPR & CCPA Compliance)
Depending on your jurisdiction, you have the right to request access to your account profile, correct inaccuracies, or request permanent deletion of your advisor account. To exercise your privacy rights, contact our Data Protection Officer.
08 Data Retention Policy
Advisor financial records and tax compliance filings are retained for durations mandated by federal law. De-identified analytical feeds are stored in immutable historical aggregates.
09 Compliance Contact
If you have any questions or require compliance auditing documentation, please reach out to our privacy desk at support@pulsedatastream.com.
